1. puberty delays the circadian block therefore teens are wired to stay up
2. sleep loss can increase obesity, depression, drug use & car accidents
(Since i only have 2 main reasons, for the third one im depending on u)
*I need to have evidence for everything, and 1-2 counter claims. Also, I need to have at least 5-6 literary devices such as ethos, rhetorical questions etc.
