Interdisciplinary Collaboration: A concept Analysis

By this week, you should have selected a concept after and initiated an email dialogue with your instructor about your ideas for the concept analysis. Performing a concept analysis will help you further explore your scholarly project topic of interest. As you reflect on your topic and begin to explore the literature, you will begin to solidify your thoughts and ideas. The more relevant your concept is to your scholarly project the better.

Picking out your concept is an important step, so you will want to have instructor approval regarding your concept before moving onto step 3 in the process.

To help you successfully complete your concept analysis, assignments are broken into four parts, each following the Walker and Avant approach:

Steps 1 and 2
Steps 3 and 4
Steps 5 and 6
Steps 7 and 8 with a final submission, including all eight steps
To review the Walker and Avant Approach refer to the Concept Analysis Overview.

For this week, you will need to complete Steps 1 and 2
